Our dream is to bring young people together in Canada and Rwanda, in order to see them reach their full potential.
It is from this dream that The Elevation Project has been born. In 2007, Greater Vancouver Youth Unlimited began partnership with Rwanda Youth For Christ to elevate young people to new levels of achievement.
Utilizing our combined skills, creativity, resources and dedication, we seek to give youth from all backgrounds - both Canadian & Rwandan - the opportunity to live fully.
Together, we will be part of birthing a new generation that will not accept that things have to remain as they are, but believe that they can bring change. That they can be world changers.
We've been serving the Lower Mainland region of BC for over 60 years and is dedicated to improving the lives of young people from all sorts of backgrounds. Our aim? Simple. To transform a generation, from the inside out!
In a country where not long ago over 800 000 people were the victims of mass killing, the YFC team in Rwanda envisions renewal. They hope that in 10 years their nation will be a new nation, with new thinking, and new lifestyles guided by the Word of God.
